Residence Inn by Marriott Worcester

We live 90 minfro UMASS where my wife is getting outpatient care. We had to return to the hospital the next day for follow-up treatment and decided to stay overnight. Residence Inn is conveniently located near the hospital. We checked into our room and the TV did not work. I Contacted the front desk and they moved us to another room. It was fast and efficient. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is very friendly and they were accommodating to our needs. Marriott properties are among the two I always choose when traveling. The accomodations and service are almost always consistently high, this property is no exception.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn Worcester the last couple of days. It had been about 1 year since I last stayed at this hotel. I understand the hotel is now under new ownership and what a fantastic renovation they have completed. From the minute I walked through the front entrance, I felt like I was in a brand new hotel. The front desk team was very friendly and efficient throughout the checkin. |The new guest rooms are amazing with great amenities and impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness. I have found my new go to hotel whenever I am traveling in the Worcester area.

Positive: "" Negative: The entire hotel including amenities was closed during our stay and we were not notified, only ONE floor was open due to the renovations and our door lock did not work at all, we had to be escorted to our room EVERY time we left and returned to be let in

This stay in November of 25' marked an improvement over my stay in 23'. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms have a much cleaner and welcoming look. I still do not think the lighting is good at this hotel. The free breakfast was very good. Note: The indoor pool has been eliminated (it still appears on some travel sites)

During my three-week stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, as the hotel is tucked away from high-traffic roads. The room was exceptionally clean and convenient, featuring a functional kitchen setup(stove/fridge/dishwasher/microwave), while the fresh breakfast and friendly, awesome service made for a great experience.
