AC Hotel Worcester

I stayed at this hotel for just one night since I was in town for a concert and left the next day, but I had a great experience. The room was very comfortable, the beds were extremely cozy, and the bathroom was super clean and spacious. The shower was also really nice to use. The TV had internet access, which was perfect for relaxing after the show. Everything felt very organized and well maintained, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. If I need to come back in the future, I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed on Saturday, July 19 for a wedding. I am a Marriott member, so I received the email telling me to check in early through the app. In the app you are able to pick your check in time and I chose 3pm, giving me enough time to get ready before the shuttle arrives for pick up to the ceremony. We get to the hotel after 3:30pm, due to traffic and I’m told rooms are not ready. At 4pm I go up to the desk and the gentleman tells me the rooms are still not ready. I tell him that the shuttle will be here in an hour and my husband and I still need to get ready. He informed me that the hotel was totally booked last night and is again tonight and that there are a lot of rooms to clean. I told him that isn’t my problem, that’s the hotel’s problem and maybe they need to hire more staff for houseke

What a wonderful experience! I BELIEVE the young man who checked us in was named Alex? He was amazing! He was happy, gave us some great recommendations and put us in an amazing room. We checked in around 5:00pm on 4/26. The young lady working next to him was very nice as well. The room was perfectly clean with a nice view of the city. The young man working the hotel bar was amazing! Made me a perfect cosmo and was so friendly and outgoing. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: Cleaness and price of the hotel. Negative: Lack of garbage cans inside and outside. Hotel staff was good and not so good.

I've been here twice for events at the DCU center. It's a great location. Parking is in the lower level, there's a 110 Grill attached. Rooms are small but clean and nice. The refrigerator in room isn't super cold. But overall, very little to complain about here.
