The Alameda Motel

The Alameda Motel is a nice vintage motor court type motel built in 1941. The rooms are updated and clean. The beds are pretty comfortable, the water is hot and the A/C is cold!|A mini-fridge, microwave and flat screen TV are in each room. |We like the easy walkability of the neighborhood. This location is near the Diridon station and SAP center and not far from downtown. |The layout of the grounds allows privacy and quiet, even though it is on The Alameda which is a very busy street. |The motel has employees walking the property regularly and high fences in the back. At no time have I felt uncomfortable outside or inside. |We’ve stayed in other properties owned by the same family and experienced their thoughtful hospitality in the past. My task trained service dog has never been an issue.

The worst motel just came out here for Super Bowl weekend and my family got ate up by bed bugs we are in process of filing a lawsuit they said we couldn’t take no pictures of the rooms and they over charge our cards without our consent so now we stuck in a different hotel loss out of 500$ don’t ever come here unless you want bed bugs and sickness

We had a lovely stay - the room was very spacious, the bed and bathroom clean, easy check-in/out process. It's conveniently located near a few restaurants and pubs, is busy enough in the area without it being too busy with cars, plenty in walking distance. We would definitely recommend - and stay again!

Do not recommend. The place itself was okay and mostly clean (though there were long black hairs all over the room), but the customer service pretty disrespectful. 1) Staff at the front desk barely spoke any English, so it was really hard to communicate. 2) One morning, they woke me up and told me to leave as my stay ended. It was a mistake as I’d already paid for all my nights. 3) Another day, a staff member just walked right into my room without knocking or asking, saw me half-naked, and left without even saying sorry. No idea what he was trying to do.
