Absolutely unacceptable. This place is a complete disaster. No heat on one of the coldest nights in Ohio. We set the thermostat to 84 and waited over two hours—still freezing. Maintenance finally comes down and has the nerve to tell us that the heat is working because he felt it, implying we were somehow imagining the cold. Gaslighting at its finest. After that? The front desk stopped answering the phone. I called the hotel’s main number and got a recording saying they weren’t accepting calls at all. You literally cannot reach a human when something goes wrong. I contacted Expedia, who initiated a cancellation due to unsafe conditions—and the hotel denied it. Staying at the sycamore suite has been a wonderful experience with swimming breakfast. Every morning, very good company, good hospitality, clean rooms|And good view, I will stay here again. I appreciate their business and their hospitality. Thank you very much.

Fine for passing through. Good breakfast and fantastic front desk service, the lady on desk was super helpful and friendly. We were the last people in for the night, around 2am, and she was cheerful and kind anyway. The walls of our room were very thin and the other guests were so loud during the middle of the night. While the room was very clean and had everything we needed, there was a lot of hair in the shower. We were just passing through on a long road trip, and would definitely stay here again for the same purpose; it was worth what we paid. But if we were going to stick around for a few days, we might spend a little more to stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Good location with easy access to food and shops. The bed sheets weren't clean and needed to be replaced.

They are currently doing some renovations so sadly the indoor pool was closed. Continental breakfast was good. Our room was perfect and clean. Great central location to access the interstate and highways and still able to provide a quiet space tucked away.
