Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Elyria

Front desk receptionist was great. Hallways were dirty. Rooms were dirty. Old toilet paper. No soap in shower. Bad a/c unit. Room could not get below 74 degrees and that was after 12 hours of running the machine. I guess the sheets and towels were clean but who knows. Unfortunately this looks like the best hotel in the area. Good luck.

Underwhelming experience—not worth what paid for‼️ Room not made up once during 3 day stay; shower curtain too short so leaks; 2nd elevator out of order.||I am a Marriott member since 1987 and this soured me on ever staying at this brand again.||Everything was driven openly by profit and not care about the actual customer.||Extremely disappointing; the walls are paper thin—you don’t have to turn on your tv.||Removed the Bonvoy App from my phone.||Goodbye Marriott‼️

Positive: The hotel was clean. Negative: There was a limited selection of food.

Newer facility, clean modern rooms. But they're showing the future of breakfast service. No more complimentary coffee. No more breakfast bar. There's a "pay @ the counter" cafe in the lobby. Starbucks coffee & other overpriced snacks. Terrible idea!

Seems to be new hotel. Its in a weird location way behind a deserted shopping mall. It felt creepy driving back there at night. The area has some construction so looks to be getting revitalized. Everything is mostly fresh and new looking. Room was nice and clean and roomy. Had some odd things like one of those open showers which i dont like, freezing. Mini fridge is tiny compared to most other hotels. No outlets on the desk that i could find. Seems like a weird thing to overlook. Bed super comfy and good pillows. There is a firepit outside for guests to enjoy, but I could hear people down there talking at 10:30 when i was trying to sleep, so maybe rethink the location?
