Best Western Inn

Hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Didn't get any sleep loud party in the hall and rooms near us until 3am. Kids banging on our door running in the halls. Sweet girl at the desk did try but didnt work. Door to the building was not properly secured. Worse hotel experience I have ever had!!

Great value hotel. Extremely clean with a solid breakfast and comfy beds. All I need. Didn't try out the pool but lots of other families using it so I take that as a good sign. Breakfast coffee was good quality which is extra bonus points. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Positive: Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, breakfast was typical. Negative: The room had a bad odor and the bed was not very comfortable. The towels, sheets and bathroom were clean. I would not recommend this hotel for a family or extended stay. For a one night stay, the location just off I-80 and price point made it adequate.

Stopped here on our way home. A good motel but shows some signs of wear. Reasonably priced. Exterior of building being painted. Didn’t use the pool, looked like all the lights were not on. Manly shower, generous flow and pressure. Although area is a little tough looking with many closed businesses, must be popular as the parking lot was full this morning.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had checked in on Expedia room was paid for prior to showing up. Upon showing up to procure the stay for 2 nights. the young lady behind the counter saw my cash in my wallet which was roughly 500 bucks and told me that this is a 150 dollar local fee for locals to stay in the motel. Didn't play or pay for her games. Will never stay here again. There was blood on the floor and walls of the bathroom appears to be for illegal activity shooting H got those who aren't smart enough to know. The shower and The hallway reaked. The shower had dried urine in it. The toilet paper had needle marks on it. The room was dirty un kept and absolutely disgusting the phone had roach eggs and roaches inside the actual phone. Refused to comp my stay. Zer0 absolutely god aw
