Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

Positive: We really enjoyed the size of our room, the amount of towels, and the variety of channels that were available. Negative: The air conditioner filters had lots of dust and needed to be cleaned. The dirtiest filters we have seen in more than five years.

The sheets and pillows smelled horrible, and the place was not clean at all. Toilet stopped working. Outlets falling out of the wall. Tiny square pillows. Almost charged a $150 service fee of some sort when I checked in that my company would have had to pay for. Thankfully the fee was waived. Overall just very gross.

Stayed here for a few nights. Easy check in process and when we got to the room, I saw a few lady bugs in the bathroom and didn’t think much of it. But the following morning my boyfriend opened the blinds and the window was full of lady bugs and they fly. One landed on my hair. I told the receptionist guy twice and he didn’t do anything about it. I was disappointed at the way we were dismissed about our room being infested with lady bugs. The place was not full and I would have appreciated a change of room. I personally would not recommend nor will we be staying here again.

Disappointed Choice Hotels. This hotel seems it had a partial renovation. I expect more from Choice than an old commode and a broken towel holder on door. The WORST was the outdoor spot light right outside my room, pointing exactly at the window. Even the heavy curtains didn't block it completely. Breakfast was not good, another thing unusual for Choice Hotels. I'll stay at a different hotel the next time I am in town.

The hotel was okay, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and there was a stain on the couch in our room that looked like bodily fluids. Describing the breakfast as a buffet is a stretch, continental at best. We also booked this location because it had an indoor pool for our 2 year old granddaughter but it was too cold to swim in it.
