SureStay Plus by Best Western Reading North

The staff is very welcoming and nice. My room was very clean and comfortable. When I first checked in my room and went to the bathroom, there was hair on the toilet seat and later that night I found hair in the sink. The bed was comfortable and clean. My microwave button to open the door didnt work, so I had to open the door with my hand. The plate inside did not spin. The breakfast was 8/10. I wish they had a few more varieties of hot options to choose from. The waffles were great and my favorite. The orange juice and apple juice from the machine was very watery. Coffee 7/10. Flavor could have been a little stronger. Adding flavored creamers would be great. Nice size sitting area to enjoy your breakfast. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel incredibly welcome.|Lisa greeted me with such a warm smile and was super efficient during the check-in process. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Ivonne, on the other hand, was equally amazing when I needed assistance later in my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, always with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.|Their kindness and professionalism really stood out, and they truly made my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. I came to PA to bring my grandson to college tour decided to stay here since it was closer to the campus. It’s a small hotel but it is very clean. Has to shower have the amenities that you need. I would recommend others to come and stay.

The hotel itself wasn’t anything special — the rooms were a bit outdated and could definitely use some improvements. However, the reason I’m giving this place four stars is because of Lisa at the front desk. She truly made the entire trip worth it. From the moment we checked in, she was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her job.||Even though the hotel could use some upgrades, Lisa’s hospitality completely made up for it. If every place had someone like her at the front desk, traveling would be a whole lot better.

Lisa at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such friendliness and a great sense of humor that instantly made us feel welcome. She was kind, approachable, and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who can make you laugh while also being so professional and helpful. Lisa is truly a gem and a huge asset to the hotel!
