Courtyard by Marriott Reading Wyomissing

I love this hotel the staff is absolutely incredible.There is many restaurants near to go to with walking distance. The breakfast is amazing , the bar area is amazing as well. The pool area is also amazing it has a hot tub.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there for business or just enjoyment with there family.

I want to take this opportunity to commend and thank the staff at the Courtyard by Marriott Wyomissing / Reading, PA, and specifically Barb the hotel manager and Maria the housekeeping manager. I travel a lot. I’ve stayed at this Courtyard at least a handful of times over the years as well as most other hotels in the area. For me, an uneventful stay is the goal. Business has enough surprises. I’ve always appreciated the professionalism of the staff at the Courtyard by Marriott Wyomissing. They appreciate my brand loyalty and always treat us well. This recent stay, I was rushed when I checked out and left a couple items behind, one of which was a ring, a recent gift from my wife. Stayed here this past weekend. Was very impressed by the cuisine service and cleanliness of the room. 1am it gets hot in the room. The air conditioner kept making a horrible grinding sound. Hardly slept through the night, everything's it kicked in it was so loud. Would have been a 5 star review but if you can't sleep it defeats the whole purpose.

Positive: Front desk/check out staff was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, with little outside noise. Good location for our visit. Negative: Towels/wash rags sparse and trash cans,very small, with no liners. No housekeeping and trash accumulated quickly. Ice machine broken. Shower malfunctioned without much flow. Door too heavy.

Benita was a horrible employee. She has poor standards of hygiene and even worse customer service. I told the manager Keyla and the housekeeping managers Maria and Lolita who told me I would get a refund of of the first day but then they dodged my calls and never returned my messages ever since. The bedding was not changed before my arrival. I unfortunately had to wait until the next morning to have it changed so I slept in smelly bedding because the front desk said housekeeping had left for the day. The housekeeper is the morning was named Benita. When I told her the entire bedding needs to be changed, she said she was the one who changed the bedding yesterday. She told me to put the old bedding outside the door and she will be be back with new bedding. She came back with new sheets and
