Red Roof Inn Reading

this place is alright i guess :/ but its always noisy during weekends and other guests are loud and one can't seem to keep their dog under control since i've heard them CHASING it up and dowm the hallway outside our room, wouldn't really reccomend. :/ they also dgaf abt service animals so dont even bother coming here if you have proof/evidence of them being a emotional support/service animal, there was also a huge roach in our shower and that was pretty gross

Room and bed was very clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly.|Location for me was perfect.|Yes, this is a budget hotel, but within that spectrum it was really nice.|Yes, breakfast was coffee and various pastries but this was enough for me. Coffee was good. If you are into a more elaborate breakfast there is a Panera just 2 miles down the same road.

Positive: The staff was very hospitable and did a great job in assisting me and answering questions Negative: I did not like the fact that for the three nights I satyed there was NO room service, make beds, clean the room and dump the trash.

Unfortunate enough to be staying at a "pet friendly" hotel that has Mouse Traps that went off on my cat. Staff is incredibly snobby and rude, I was singled out for smoking outside while others are smoking outside and they are now going after ME for smoking, WHILE OTHER GUESTS ARE SMOKING! This hotel is gross and unkempt, the showers are still grimey and I can see hair dye from the last person who stayed in this room. They said they told me everything I need to know about staying at this awful place. But I was NEVER talked to by staff AT ALL because they're lying to get more money. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER AMY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Absolutely terrible. The housekeeping was rude and muttering under their breath. The room was not at all what they showed in their photos. It's so loud and annoying during weekends. ALSO there's multiple violent animals on the premises.
