DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Reading

My husband and I attended Winter Jam 2026 and stayed at the Reading Pa. Double Tree. It was perfectly located for the event being right across the street. The gentleman, Michael who welcomed us made sure we were taken care of and was very friendly. The check in was extremely fast and friendly as well. The manager, Nick is very accommodating and professional and made sure that everything met our expectations. The service is great. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and the manager of the restaurant could not be any more friendly. The rooms were spotless and quiet. I highly recommend if you have an event at Santander Arena stay at the Hilton Double Tree.

The only reason I didn't give a higher rating for the room is because the water pressure was horrible, the shower and bathroom could be upgraded and there was a burn in the carpet. The location is very central and convenient to highway and shopping, but it's Reading so I wouldn't recommend taking a stroll in the streets. The service in the hotel was great. Very nice and reasonable rates.

Great location. Nice size rooms and clean inside rooms. Restaurant had great breakfast and great dinner. The wait staff was very attentive and amazing. Everyone who worked in the hotel were all so very kind and helpful

Positive: Absolutely NOTHING!!! Negative: Pretty much everything - first time I didn't even have a microwave. There was one in the lobby to communally be used by an entire hotel. No bath, just a walk in shower. Dank room, uncomfortable bed. Wasn't that clean.

This is our 3rd year staying for PBR events. We’ve been lucky enough to meet Nick who has been the nicest most welcoming individual! Nick has an amazing personality when helping at check in and very quick for all of our 3 stays at the hotel, he is definitely the reason we’re writing this review hopefully he gets a raise. Nick is definitely a good asset for this Hotel his kindness and work ethic has definitely made us feel very welcomed at this hotel.
