Holiday Inn Express & Suites Reading Airport by IHG

Service was good. Location was easy to find and 12 minutes from basically everything we needed. However, the beds were TERRIBLE. They were lumpy and you could feel where other people had made divets in the bed. You couldnt help but roll into them and you could feel the bed platform through the mattress. The pool which was the main reason I picked this location has a ring of dinge above the water line and smelled slightly of feet and mold.

This hotel offers a good value for a clean affordable quiet lodging with basic amenities. Rooms contain a mini‑fridge, microwave, and good air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and a good breakfast buffet offering pancakes, muffins, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausages coffee & yogurt. However, expect a small seating area for breakfast. I am rating 5 stars for such a nice 2 star category hotel. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: Free hot breakfast, quick check-in, close to highway Negative: Walls not sound-proof. I could here the showed, guests using the toilets, kids running around upstairs; fan unit did not seem to work - kept clicking on and turning off 5 seconds later all night

Hotel clerk was very nice Everything was explained Room features ,safety, available pool and gym room. The room was equipped with clean toiletries towels and clean linen. Breakfast was well stocked and great variety of items. The parking is very convenient and I felt secure. Lighting was good

We have stayed 3 times this year I think and the staff remembers us and we remember them. They are all so sweet and take good care of us when we are here. I am just sorry that I don’t have their names- but we came this past Thursday and are just leaving this morning. Thank you ladies! 😘🧡
