SureStay by Best Western Ontario Airport

They do have microwave, refrigerator, face soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer in the bedroom. 2 Queen size bed are comfortable , and the bedroom size is good . Complipatary breakfast 6:00-9:00AM. Juice, coffee, bagel, oatmeal, and fruit. Coffee, tea & water in the Lobby all the time. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly. But, we don't like the breakfast lady, she insisted to get the oatmeal for us, we don't want other people touch our bowel and she doesn't wear the gloves. Most of the time, when we travel, we stayed in Best Western, this is the 1st time that best Western have breakfast lady. We don't think they need the breakfast lady sit in the dining area, we don't feel comfortable to dine over there.

Positive: Room was fine, and bed comfortable. Front desk staff seemed friendly & professional. Appreciated tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby area. Negative: Hard to find, especially at night b/c the road leading to it is not on a main road. There was no closet to hang clothes, but there was a clothes rack.

This was my second time staying here on a solo trip for a music festival. Once in March and for Halloween. Both times my stay was comfortable easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and the service was amazing. The Tall Gentleman behind the counter in formal wear, who was there both times, although he didn't help me this time, has Great Customer Service! I was hoping he was there and he was but he had a line of people. Hes definitely a good asset to the hotel. The location is good being right off the interstate, however theres not many places with a drive thru to eat nearby. I have Family in the area so most likely I will be back, and I will definitely be back next halloween!

I chaperoned a school trip with over 20 high school kids. The staff was generally helpful and friendly but I want to give a special shout out to Darryl who had a big smile and wonderful demeanor. Nothing phased him. Otherwise, the 3rd floor rooms were adequate. The pool was cold but the kids still enjoyed it. There’s nothing within walking distance so it worked as a moat to keep the kids from wondering away.

Room was not clean and the refrigerator had so much ice buildup in the freezer portion it was unusable. The water in the sink came out in a trickle and the carpet was SOOOO dirty and had not been vacuumed for some time. Did I mention the black ring in the toilet 🤢Definitely time to shut it down and remodel at very least get more staff to REALLY clean the rooms. It was a sad place to stay.
