Best Western Ontario Mills Mall

Entered room upon arrival and it was not cleaned. I asked the front desk clerk about the reason and he said they rented it for a day visit; empty beverage cans on night stands would lead me to believe it was for a 'visit'. They then 'upgraded' me to another room. The key did not work. They then gave me a key to a third room that worked. Likely first and last time I stay in this hotel.

I just spent Christmas Day at the Best Western Plus Ontario Airport Inn and it was a holiday highlight! The crew went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a relaxing day with family. We loved the convenient location near the airport and all the great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were super friendly. If you're looking for a stress-free holiday stay, this is the spot! Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back 😊. Five stars from us!

Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk attendant was friendly, which made a good first impression. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked really well — perfect after a long day. I also loved that they have coffee available all day in the lobby — such a nice touch. However, I had a credit for drinks and snacks that I didn’t get to use. When I asked about it the next morning, I was told that I could only get the voucher at check-in, but the front desk attendant never mentioned it when I arrived. That was disappointing and felt like a missed perk. Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but enough to get you started for the day.
