Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel

Michael was awesome — greeted us with a genuine smile and was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. Without even asking, he offered to help with our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. You don't always get that level of friendliness at hotels, so it really stood out. Great stay overall, but Michael's hospitality made it even better. Appreciate people like him!

The hotel looks like it’s getting renovated, so liked some of the new aesthetics and cleanliness. I had trouble with getting service in the lobby, so I was unable to email my auth form to the front desk. So my rate was changed until I was able to email the form. I finally was able to do it, however the front desk did not change it back to the original rate booked. I called the front desk very early, and spoke to Carrie the night auditor. She understood the issue and was quick to solve it. I fell back asleep, but saw my folio under my door. Not only did she correct my bill, but she made sure to leave a print out under my door. Very sweet and great customer service! Will definitely be back!

This place is really in a bad location. I'm not sure if Ontario actually has a "nice" part of town, but this certainly isn't it. The lounge on the top floor is just gross. It smells horrible, the food at breakfast is inedible, and it's dirty and run down. The staff is great. They acknowledged my birthday was soon and left a nice gift pack in my room. Ironically, the best food I ate all week. I don't know how people survive in California, all the restaurants there are just so underwhelming. I'm coming back to Ontario in April, unfortunately, and I definitely can't see myself staying here again.

I had a very bad experience during my stay at the Sheraton Hotel Ontario. I booked my room through Expedia with breakfast included, but the hotel staff made the entire process frustrating from the moment I checked in. When I arrived, the front desk employees refused to give me the breakfast voucher, even though it was clearly part of my booking. She give me parking permit but she stated that this is the Voucher, I had to go back again the next morning, and only then did the front desk lady finally hand me the voucher. However, the situation got even worse at the restaurant. The employee there told me that if I ordered anything, I would have to pay, even though breakfast was already included in my reservation. She only gave me an omelette and a coffee, nothing else, and her attitude was e
