Extended Studio Hotel Ontario

Great hotel! Stayed for Anime Expo Chibi for the whole weekend. It’s a walkable distance from the convention center and right next to a jack in the box and gas station! The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the fridge is big. Very comfy stay and was very quiet. Staff was also polite and we had no issues with parking. Would stay here again!

I usually don't stay in extended stay hotels but the price was right for a 1 night stay. This is a very fine hotel I'd stay in again. Large, clean, fully equipped room. Comfortable bed with large satellite TV. ||The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. ||Best part was I needed to do laundry after traveling for 10 days. I was surprised to find out the machines were free and were newer advanced Samsung's, not some basic commercial washers and dryers. The detergent is overpriced at $11 so just walk next door to Circle K and and buy the exact same size Tide for $4.

Clean hotel and staff is mostly friendly. Management needs to go play in traffic. I'm here for the holiday season working 7 days a week and 12-14hrs a day. I get back to the hotel at 1240pm and check out time was 11am. They charged me for another day even though I've been here from Nov 15 to Dec 15.

The hotel signage is missing. This needs to be rectified immediately. Parking is a little intimidating. In the back with an open field . Everyone who smokes is out here due to 100% no smoking policy. I HATE SMOKE. still need a designated area. For customers who are checking in to feel safe. The actual room is really nice once inside the asethetics um nor so much.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the front desk staff at this hotel were beyond rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we weren’t acknowledged at all—not even a simple greeting. Then we were given a room that was already occupied—someone else’s luggage was in there. Completely unacceptable. When we went back to let the front desk know, the woman acted like we were the problem. She had a nasty attitude, threw the new room key on the desk, and sat down without a word. As if that wasn’t enough, the woman working the front desk in the morning (she had a lip piercing) also had an attitude as we were checking out. It’s honestly ridiculous. If you’re going to run a hotel, at least hire people who have basic respect and customer service skills. We will not be returning.
