Element Ontario

The 1st time I stayed at Element was a great experience. This, the 2nd time, was horrible. The room was very disappointing, from the lack of supplies (no paper towels, only decaffeinated coffee, no packets of creamer, sugar, et al, 2 tissues left in holder, 1 washcloth, hand towel & 1 towel???) which we would have been ok with had it not been for the rest of the room’s filth. The carpet certainly had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs & what could that looked like peanut shells all over the carpet & on the couch as well. When we called the front desk to ask for a different room we were told they did not have any rooms with 2 queens available. No apologies, not really even an acknowledgment there was any issues. The Elegant Element!||How I missed this hotel is beyond me. I visit the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga area once or twice a year for business and/or pleasure. I typically stay in Rancho Cucamonga at one of the blocks of hotels across Fourth Street from Ontario Mills. The prices for these hotels are always about twenty-five to thirty percent more than hotels in Ontario. I found the Element on my Bonvoy app, and it was cheaper than the hotels five minutes away, so I booked a one-bedroom suite. ||When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn't ready, so they upgraded me to a full suite on the first floor. The common area of the suite is massive, with bedrooms and bathrooms off to the side of the common area. The hotel and grounds have everything you need for a one-night or multiple-night stay. We are returning guests & knew we would choose this place for a trip to the World Series & to visit family & friends. We stay here for the location and access to EV Chargers. It's conveniently located across the Toyota Arena, but we love the location for the privacy and easy access to the freeway, Ontario Mills, great food, and airport. The free breakfast is really good & offers a great variety of hot and cold food. The gym is big for a hotel & has a view of the outside patio. The rooms have comfortable beds, and they're not too hard or too soft. I love the water filter for access to drinking water. The bathrooms have all been large each time we stay here. The staff are so friendly & accommodating. They offer hot herbal tea at the front desk daily along with hot coffee. Dogs are allowed, t

Stayed in this hotel Friday 1-23-26 and loved everything about it until the hotel staff decided to house someone with what seemed like 10 kids on top of us and the noise was unbearable. Stomping,running, jumping you name it forced us to check out at 7 something in the morning.We were told that a manager (Jerry) was not available at the time of check out but would most certainly contact us to address our nightmare stay..My wife has currently called 7-8 times to speak with any management only to be told that someone will contact her back shortly with no response in the end!!! Wanted to like this place so much but customer service definitely needs to be addressed!!!

Positive: Leaving it. Negative: There was no water pressure in the shower felt like a mister machine not a shower. Pillows were 20 years old it seems. One of my worst hotel experiences ever.
