Embassy Suites by Hilton Ontario Airport

We paid $1000 for 3 days for dirty rooms. When we arrived there was dirty socks left in one corner. Trash in another and dirty Q-tips in the bathroom. The dining area is not great. The check-in was rude man that didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Our room keys didn’t work after several attempts to get them fixed. ||Our team has been staying with embassy for years. We enjoyed all of our stays until the last 2 stays. We stayed at the Santa Anna location in June and when we arrived there was no air conditioning. We were told we would get a fan or we could cancel our reservation. We were traveling with 10 families. Where would we find last minute accommodation for 10? So we stayed expecting at least a fan. Never came. ||My extreme frustration is actually not any of those things. I understand

First time in this hotel. Great staff, Krystal went above and beyond customer service! The amenities in hotel are great, with the exception the laundry room, could use a few more washing machines, for how big the hotel is. Their breakfast was really satisfying, and their made to order omelet bar was a nice add on!! We look forward to staying there again, soon!!

The hotel lobby is nice and big. The good thing about Embassy Suites is that they included breakfast at a very reasonable price. The room a bit old, but still feel clean and big. Always have a sink, microwave and a fridge. Oh, and happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Free drinks always good.

I arrived at Embassy Suites Ontario Airport exhausted after driving 9.5 hours. I am moving cross country and had a unique situation I was overly stressed about. Emmanuel and Crystal were beyond patient and kind and went over and above to accommodate my needs. They truly turned my stress into a smile. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are ever in the area. Thank you Emmanuel and Crystal for your incredible hospitality and compassion.
