Azure Hotel & Suites, Ontario Airport and Convention Center

This was our second time staying over at this hotel. It was great the first time and it was great this time. The hotel room we rented was spacious with two queen size beds, one on each side of the room with a decider in between. I have a teenage boy and a preteen girl so the divider served very well for our privacy and comfort. The beds were clean and the rather comfy. I usually don’t sleep well in a new hotel but I slept right after I got into bed and woke up in the morning refreshed and charged. Shower was warm and toilet was clean. Floor was fine. Honestly I didn’t really notice anything out of the norm for a hotel room. I normally don’t go bare feet in a hotel so I can’t tell if it’s sparkly clean. Front desk checked is in quick and gave me the tooth paste I requested without delay. B

Better late than never! My husband and I stayed here 1 night upon our arrival in California, and had our friend meet us here too (separate rooms). It did the job. Convenient location to Ontario airport and dining options, easy parking (very important when trying to drive on the right!), friendly enough staff, fairly decent included breakfast with hot items. The rooms were a little tired but comfortable enough and a good size with everything we needed. Pretty good value. I was a little confused by the apparent ski chalet theming, but I like quirky so found it kind of charming.

Positive: The customer service response is very prompt, especially one young man that attended to room services July 11/12, he delivered anything requested within 2-3 minutes despite the long hall way to get to the rooms. He’s friendly too. Great job to him. Negative: Nothing much to complain about except the very long hall way to get to the rooms overlooking the convention center, I suggest installing more elevator though there are stairs ways

My experience at the Azure Hotel & Suites was by far the best of any other hotel I’ve stayed at. All the staff working at the front desk are great. The general manager Nick is exceptional he really does an amazing job going above and beyond to accommodate and provide every guest with excellent service. Their check in process is as quick, easy, and smooth as it gets. The rooms are large and spacious. I love the partition walls that are in every room. Hotel is surprisingly quiet and cozy. It doesn’t even feel like you’re staying at a hotel here the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely make this our top choice to stay at the next time we are in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed here for a conference, so switching rooms wasn’t ideal or possible. Since it’s right next to the convention center that’s great... Right when we walked in there was a smell in the building.. things went down hill from there. We had 3 rooms reserved. 2 or the rooms had to be moved due to cleanliness issues. All the rooms are “picked up” .. carpets are really dirty. Bed sheets were dirty in a room. Food dried on the carpet. I’ve been afraid to eat the food the entire time we have been here. The front desk staff have been mostly unhelpful. The phones do not work in the rooms. There was food in the elevator for atleast 2 days on the floor. I would do anything possible to never stay here again. Pictures on the website look great.. those were clearly taken years ago. If you can go some
