Superior Shores Burlington Bay

Well worth the visit — would definitely return (4.5 stars) We had a very relaxing stay in our Burlington Bay condo. The balcony view was lovely, and the location is excellent—close to restaurants and coffee shops in Two Harbors, as well as Gooseberry Falls State Park. The one-bedroom condo was spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen offered ample counter space and was equipped with the necessary dishes and appliances needed for an easy stay. The double-sided fireplace, shared between the living room and bedroom, was a great touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi. The bed was quite comfortable, and thanks to the carpeting throughout and what seems like good insulation, we barely heard any neighbors. A little heads up that there's been elevator issues in the building we were staying at. Elevator stopped working mid ride. Called the front desk for help, who said they were sending someone over. Over 45 minutes later, no one showed. Called the fire department for help which had a pretty good response time, probably 15 minutes or so. Fire department asked, rhetorically, that Superior Shores hadn't fixed the elevator yet. No response or follow up from the hotel. Whoever they sent never showed up... besides that it was an average hotel.
