Split Rock Cabins

Absolutely the best place to stay! The cabins provide all of your basic needs to cook, shower, sleep, and enjoy the beautiful views which I’ve shared a few. It’s a place to relax, enjoy nature, and reconnect with your loved one(s). This is my second year coming here, in the fall, and I love it!! Eric is an amazing host and we enjoy visiting with him when we come up; ohhhh and Pig Cat too.

Stayed in cabin 9 (winterized). Beautiful cozy cabin, plenty warm. Kitchen stocked with all the necessary tools and blissfully there's no cell reception! It's the highlight of our fall to come every year and Eric is a friendly owner. Cabins are super close to the water - you could just about throw a rock from the window and hit the waves.

A family tradition for over 50 years. My parents started staying here in the 1960's renting from the elder Mr. Sve. I only knew Walter and Eric. The cabins are provided with what you need to be able to make your food and then go outside where life happens. The beaches on the property and at the Split Rock River have a few agates, and have spectacular views.

Split Rock Cabins is a slice of Heaven for my husband and I. We love the area, the cabins have so much character and are so clean! Thank you Eric for a great getaway spot on the North Shore!

Got the hotel there was a reservation for a two bedroom suite because they don't have anything they put us at the Westwood Village where it's melted and it was dirty girl at the counter by the name of Lisa told me final like it you could drive back home she said the Daniela the manager said the same thing I took pictures of the room it was disgusting smelly couldn't get any help from anyone here chaos nobody should ever come to De Soto it's disgusting it smells. They charge us $900 for two nights I had no choice click to drive back home my God I couldn't believe
