Stonegate On Superior

We stayed in cabin 4 after Kendra suggested we take a look at it since it was available. This is a great example of how Kendra wants to be sure her customers have the best experience. We loved the cabin. The view of sunrise was spectacular and we were basically right at the water. We highly recommend Stonegate On Superior.

My husband and I usually go here for Labor Day. This year I took our daughter for Memorial Day as my husband went fishing. Girls weekend away. Her first time ever going to the North Shore. She loved the location and peacefulness of Stonegate. We had a bonfire, roasted marshmallows and enjoyed the crashing of the waves on the rocks. My daughter said she saw the most beautiful moon big and bright in the middle of the night. Excited to go back.

When we first arrived it was dark outside. The guy that helped us get our gear to the Hut was very nice and very helpful. But that was the end of that. We had to replace our own jackery if it ran out our own lights. I had to go down to the lodge and ask several times for things to cook with. You advertise that you provide everything that is needed for cooking and cleaning your dishes. This is not so! The cookware that was provided was a hodgepodge of a bunch of different mixed things and was nothing compared to what you advertise. If we would have known that you didn't provide what you said you would provide we would have brought our own things. On top of that the guy that helped us get our gear to our hut told us that we have enough propane. When my husband went to look the one was empty

My husband and I stayed in cabin 5. It was clean, close to the lake, and so cozy. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and explore the beauty of the north shore this is it! We loved our stay.

Our family had a great stay here. It was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Views of the lake were amazing. Especially watching the sun come up.
