Super 8 by Wyndham Winchester VA

Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The rooms are nasty, the water in the tub was lukewarm to cold at best. There was no toilet paper when we got the room. There were dried up ramen noodles on the floor in the bedroom area. And after calling the front desk for a pillow and toilet paper, we waited several hours and they did not bring us anything. The bathtub had a ring around it like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the bed looked stained. None of the lamps worked, the blow dryer didn't work and the room had roaches. I definitely will not be staying here again.

This was the most upsetting experience I've ever had as far as staying at a hotel or motel. It was so nasty when we first got in there the microwave was on the floor they were a pair of gloves as if somebody was cleaning the room sitting on the TV stand and when I opened the drawer after I was dropped off I saw a Band-Aid a used band-aid and it's rapper inside of the drawer. In the morning when I woke up I saw all the nastiness the dirt on the walls behind the furniture the dirtiness in the bathroom I have never been in a hotel that was so nasty. And I would have said something to the front desk but my thing is if you guys have gloves sitting here on the counter and you had to clean the room before we came I'm pretty sure you knew that it was dirty especially seeing as we had blood stain b

Superb8 by Wyndham in Winchester off of 81 was a mistake to stay at. Due to work I was there for 2 nights and I didn't have time to get a refund for my nights because of the timing I was coming and leaving for work. But it was dark, hot and loud. It was not clean, there was a roach in my bath tub alive, someone's old urine on the floor and bottom half of my toilet and a piece of broken tooth in my ice bucket and trash left in the room. The door did not stay closed and the safety lock at the top was broken. I didn't feel clean or safe there stayed on the phone with my husband during the entire time I was trying to sleep there. Which was not possible because it was loud wnd I felt unsafe to the point I stacked my furniture in front of my door.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. We checked in, got our bags up to the room. We were tired and used the restroom, then all the bugs came out. Dozens of cockroaches on surfaces and the beds. The bathroom was dirty, the carpet was not swept, and the fridge was sticky. We went back to the front desk, explained what happened and said we were leaving and would like a refund. They did not seem surprised but didn't hassle us. We went back to our car and before we could leave, 3 Shariff cars pulled into the parking lot. A total waste of time.

Positive: location and price Negative: It smelled like it had just been fumigated, however, it was just an annoyance. The guy at check-in has a robot's personality, lol, but no big deal.
