Super 8 by Wyndham Warner Robins

Let me preface with I normally stay at higher end hotels. Additionally I am a Diamond member with Wyndham Rewards. I was in town for a funeral. I stayed at this location because it is very close to my loved one's house. When I pulled up, I will admit I was a bit sketched out. I apologize for the instant judgement. However that feeling soon dissipated when I met the manager, James. He should be what sets the bar for all hotels and their management. He was/is friendly and super nice. The room was more than I expected for what I paid. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than the higher end Wyndham (La Quinta) hotel down the road. The shower pressure was nice. The water got hot instantly which an added bonus when you just drove 8 hours. The linens were very clean and soft. When I went

Terrible!!! Actually walked out and forfeited the stay. Bathroom was disgusting, hallway stunk like smoke and skunk. Mattress was slit open on the side and furniture was OLD and blemishes. Don't stay here

A++++ service all around Room was clean, no smoke smell or bugs. Clean bed with clean sheets . Shower worked. Tv worked. Place was quite Front desk were helpful and answered all my questions. Have and will continue to recommend as a great place to stay even if it just a night.

Staff was very helpful., Great location because there are multiple places to order food without having to drive. Clean room, everything was great.

Smoke alarm missing. Wires exposed. Got up at 3 am to use the restroom, turned the light on and a cockroach ran across the nightstand. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of him. He was fast!!
