No hot water! the room is not completely cleaned. theres stains on most of the walls. theres hair in shower floor. no complimentary soap or shampoo. no complimentary coffee in the room. the room smells like a gym locker room. the bed is so uncomfortable, you're better off sleeping on the floor. But i wouldn't trust the floor neither. Won't be coming back. glad my work paid for this room and not me. I'd rate this a negative 100. Dont know how this place is in business.

LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY. I started using this "hotel" when I was moving to the city. The first bad thing about this place is its lack of truthfulness. The booking page advertises breakfast, but the place doesn't offer it. On one of the many reservations, the mattress was covered in urine. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund; it was a complete farce to get a refund. In short, this place has gone from bad to worse; on the last reservation, the person in charge of reception was clearly not qualified for the responsibility. The person made mistakes that affected the process, continually called colleagues to ask for help to solve the problem, and in the end refused to let me in due to the frustration caused by their inability to do so. STOP! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! My wife booked this place from sheer desperation. No breakfast? That's the least of your worries. I stayed up all night worried that either the homeless folks, or the pimps looking for their tricks were gonna break in my room. They kept knocking on doors all night. NO HOT WATER. NO HOT WATER. NO HOT WATER. The guy at the front desk literally smirked at me and said that he'd see what he could do. Room was dirty. Looked like nobody even swept the floor in a week. Killed a roach on the wall. Shower had a layer of grease, mold, dirt, I dunno, in it. After a full 10 hrs of driving, didn't take a shower, which is fine because NO HOT WATER! NOT EVEN WARM. This place is disappointing and disgusting. Whoever is responsible for this establishment is obviously negligent and careless. I was in room 329 on sept 30th 2025 and it was pretty gross… room was not clean! They failed to sweep and mop the ridiculously dirty floors. They didn’t even bother to WHIPE the table , nor the microwave. The vents have mold growing out of control .. ugh! 😣 looked like fecal markings on the bathroom floor. OVERALL IS A TERRIBLE CHOICE if you’re looking for a SANITARY PEACEFUL PLACE TO REST . Trust me this is not it. There was so many additional RED FLAGS 🚩 ABOUT THIS PLACE AND LOCATION. To many to list!..let’s just put it that way. Reported all of this to management but seems he could care less . YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
