Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond Airport VA

Had am amazing experience atvthe super 8. Great outside appeal with the lighting, great indoor modern style lobby. Fantastic employee who are very informative about the area. And my room was amazing cable had many options, and Internet never lags very strong. I recommend this hotel.

Found this room on a third party app. Got to the location and their parking lot was full of ice. If you have customers, there shouldn't be any slip hazards on the property. Im the type to check the beds and everything for proper sanitation. Looks like whoever did the room, didn't clean the sheets and pillow cases ewe. (Pic available). That's just nasty. So i reported it to the front desk and asked for new sheets and pillowcases. Also, the walls are so hollow, you could hear people stomping and talking above. My sleep was interrupted, and it was more interrupted when the housekeeper comes knocking before 11 AM. Do not do that for future reference. I will not be returning

The room was decent, I Just didn't understand and like the fact that the room DID NOT have A phone.! Ive NEVER gotten a room WITHOUT a phone inside the room. Another issue I had was the fact that the TV wouldn't come on, then I had to walk down three floors to the lobby to ask about the TV. He guy at the front desk told me that I had to plug the TV in. Okay, I walked back up three floors and STILL couldn't get the TV to come on. Apparently the last person that used that room didn't put the TV cord back in the right place. I didn't see any bugs or anything, also though the WiFi wouldn't work which was a let down. The front desk guy even tried to figure out the WiFi and couldn't. We got a smoking room with no ashtray, told the front desk and they never brought up a ashtray like he said he wo

DO NOT STAY HERE **** Cockroaches in our room, no toilet paper provided, toilet didn’t flush, stained bathtub, EXTREMELY loud kids running back and forth all day in the rooms upstairs. i think people are living there and it’s in a pretty gritty area. Not worth the money
