Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls NY

We have stayed at the Super 8 several times a year when we visit from Toronto and have always loved our stay. The staff is amazing!! And Scott was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, this last stay, the jacuzzi room we payed extra for as a treat was a real let down as the jets blew out chunks of dirt and mold even after we ran them and cleaned them 3 times. It was night time when we decided to use the tub and the earlier desk clerk had went home so we couldnt do anything. So we payed for a jacuzzi that was unclean not usable and was told at the front desk during checkout that management would look into a further discount or refund of the price difference...but nothing...very disappointing as this is our hotel of choice, but unfortunately that may change in the future.

Positive: The price and the room appeared to be very well cleaned Negative: Only issue I had was the TV was a bit wonky. Smart TV inside the room wouldn't let me get into a TV app at all; was stuck with regular TV which the front desk had to come to get that working for me as the remote didn't seem like it was working properly.

Although the room floor looked clean, it obviously had not been mopped in a very long time. You could not walk on the floor in your bare feet or socks without them turning black from dirt. ||Also, it's obvious that this room had a remodel at some point. Outlet covers are missing and there's holes in the walls where screws should be. There was once lights on both sides of the bed (very obvious due to a bad remodel job) and now there's only one light on one side of the bed. ||Also, breakfast is very low quality. It tastes like the orange and apple juice are watered down and is that really cream cheese you serve with the bagels? It's absolutely disgusting. Only one breakfast station for everyone in the hotel! The weekend was a nightmare if you wanted breakfast. And no protein whatsoever...||I

You're in the middle of lots of restaurants and refueling options, perfect for a traveler. Great Uber access and safe to walk. Breakfast is minimal, rooms are large and well lit. This appears to be an older property that had a recent refurbish and rename. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were two families, booked 2 rooms for overnight stay while visiting Niagara area. The checkin process was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The area around the hotel feels safe and clean. For the amount we paid, it was good value. Staff were all courteous and helpful!!
