Super 8 by Wyndham Florence

Due to a change in plans, I needed to cancel my reservation. Both Super 8 by Wyndham Florence and Expedia handled everything professionally and processed my full refund without any issues. The staff was courteous, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

I'm leaving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Me, my girlfriend and our 4 year old daughter had to stop on our way to West Virginia due to the weather. We didnt plan on stopping so we looked for a decently priced motel room. We found one, we got our room card key for room 302. Walked to the room, opened the door and the smell of cigarettes and chemicals smacked us all three in the face. I didnt notice it at first but the door didnt lock. We decided due to the weather and due to the fact we were tired we were going to stay anyways. It was around 930-10 when we decided to go to bed. Firstly we were eaten up by what I can only assume were bed bugs, and hour or two later our doorknob jiggles, someone either trying to come in or possibly a homeless person testing the door, we were a little worr

Positive: The girl who checked me in was very understanding and very nice.... Negative: They had bed bugs, there was no towels or toilet paper in our room, there was food left over in the refrigerator, there was food still in the microwave, and it was not clean even in the slightest. We stayed there before newborn babies and they were bit up

Cock roaches, dirty floors, no coffee pots in rooms, no hygiene products, old worn out furniture, and there is no continental breakfast and no breakfast boxes, comforter has lots of burn holes as well

Mold in my hvac unit. Crusty spots on the sheets like they haven't been washed.. super nice people at the desk.. stayed in room and piece of plastic is covering a hole in the wall exposing electrical and its about to come off. I made a complaint and I hope my needs are met.
