Super 8. Ankeny/Des Moines. This property should be the benchmark across the entire Wyndham lineup. Friday night rate was very reasonable, lady at the front desk was genuine friendly. The parking lot is clean, and the building's exterior looks well maintained. Commercial truck and trailer parking around back, spaces are well marked and easy to maneuver. Room itself was exceptionally clean, carpet looks new. Bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows smell really nice. The icing on the cake: Samsung Smart TV and all guests receive 10% off at Guadalajara Mexican restaurant next door.

It's really worth it and great place to stay. We stayed here couple days here great hospitality, amazing people in staff always curious to have helped you out and quiet and budget friendly also they have indoor pool which is best part of my stay.

Great location! Beds were comfy enough. Full hot breakfast had zero protein, not even peanut butter. Waffles and cereal is not a great start to the second leg of a 1,400 mile trip. Would sincerely appreciate some protein, even hard boiled eggs would help.

Positive: Location. Staff were nice and the room was clean but it has significant health and safety issues. As a doctor mold is very dangerous and the room reaked of it. Negative: We paid $---+ to have burns in multiple spots on the comforter and overall smell of mold and dampness. It permeated the room and hallway. The back outside door was broken and not able to be locked as it had been kicked in. Significant Safety issue.

The room was so clean and up to date. The breakfast was not so good. But I would recommend it solely on the room and quiteness. Staff was very friendly. Great location as well
