Staybridge Suites Des Moines Ankeny, an IHG Hotel

What a fabulous hotel. Delightful staff and the entire hotel is Spotless. Five stars all around. My room was large, perfectly appointed and again Spotless! Bed and pillows with the room so quiet. Breakfast was lovely with so many perfect choices. The staff again, so engaging and pleasant! Thank you, I’ll be back!

Fantastic Hotel! Staff is wonderful, always friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are alway clean, and in great condition. A little secret, upper rooms gives you a fantastic view of beautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. This is my absolute first choice for a Hotel in this area.

Positive: The front desk staff, I can't remember her name but she was working the overnight shift on the night of our check-in and she was very kind and friendly given our late hour of check-in. I really appreciated it given my frazzled state arriving. Negative: The elevator had a horrific smell, the 2nd elevator was out of order so I am guessing it was mechanical related and out of staff control but it was really unfortunate.

TEN STARS!!! IF YOU NEEX A HOTEL FOR A NIGHT OR A LONG TERM STAY COME HERE!! DONT BOTHER LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE!! We just spent 4 days in MN at a decent hotel while we waited for our truck transmission to be repaired. After that stay we used our reward points through IHG rewards to book this place on our way to AR. 2 words: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! WE area couple of a traveling superintendent so we have stayed in our fair share of hotels. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE HOTEL TO COME TO!! This is a new hotel and whoever designed it CONGRATULATIONS! Everything I feel is needed in a long stay hotel (that's what these are designed for) you guys NAILED IT!! The little touches are the things that matter! Diamond Elite member here, I travel a lot for work and there is not another single IHG hotel in the area that I will stay at compared to this one! I’ve tried, trust me when I say, it’s the best one!! Newer hotel, clean, modern, beautiful and everything is completely comfortable about it. Irreplaceable staff!! They’re absolutely hospitable and welcoming every time. Elena is the Direct of Marketing, literally is the most engaging, get to know you kind of lady and you’ll want to come back to see her! I’ve watched her do her position alongside everything else without hesitation! Kyrsten Assistant GM will make sure that if something is not working it’s fixed then and there.
