Great hotel!!! Room is beautiful, clean, and stocked. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Shout-out Trevor, what an exceptional help he was with my check in. No complimentary breakfast, BUT a Bistro in the lobby with reasonable prices. Great location with countless cuisines and restaurants if the Bistro is not your vibe. Lobby is large and comfortable with many areas to hang out, socialize, or even just unwind solo. I stayed in a hotel a few weeks ago that cost nearly double, had less amenities, and charged for every small thing. Price is not always equal to comfortability, customer service or quality. This place is affordable and lovely. Here for work, but would 100% book a room in the future personally. Highly recommend! 5/5, 10/10, 100%

Positive: It was very clean and located near all the restaurants and coffee shops we sought. Negative: The built in dressers and desks were chipped and nicked. They could have been fixed with a furniture marker easily.

We booked a suite with the intention of having our son sleep on the pull out couch. In the closet we found one flat sheet, one blanket and one pillow. Because of the design of the pull out couch, there is no way to tuck the sheet into the mattress. Had we known, we would have brought a sleeping bag for him. By morning, the hide a bed was a tangled mess. Other than the design flaw with the couch, our room was spacious and clean. If we return we will book a regular room with 2 beds.

It was pretty good, I found the room setup to be strange, the bed was facing away from the door and the tv was off to the side. The Hotel was nice and the service was good.

We stayed 4 days, Aug 30 - Sept 2. The man at the desk was not friendly in the least when we checked in. He didn't greet us or even make eye contact. He didn't seem happy to be working.|Our room was never cleaned; we didn't get clean towels and the small trash cans were overflowing. The toilet handle was difficult to push and the toilet only flushed every other time time, so we had to remove the lid to manually flush. Every time we opened the door to our room, the security lock stuck in the locked position; it took a lot of finagling to get it back into "open" position so we could close the door. |We wanted to sit on the back patio by the fire pits in the evenings, but the outdoor furniture had not been wiped off and there were bird droppings on the seats. |We didn't eat in the Bistro beca
