Hampton Inn & Suites Ankeny

We held a work meeting here in a smaller conference room and Michelle and her staff were super accommodating. She knew who we were the moment we walked in and had a wonderful smile and was ready to help, even offering previously over the phone to help when the caterer showed up, (in the event we would not make it in time.) She took great care of our team and it was very much appreciated. Thank you Michelle and the Hampton Team for helping our meeting go off without any issues.

Parking was free and plentiful. The check in process was very easy. Lexi was polite, friendly, and was able to supply a couple of needed items for my husband and me. The room was exceedingly clean and the beds very comfortable. There was no noise. None. The bathroom was clean and well-supplied. The breakfast was what you expect from this chain, but we enjoyed it. Upon checkout, Nicole was kind and helpful. I truly have no complaints.

I stayed on 3/7-3/8. When we arrived the room was absolutely freezing. I turned the "heat" up to 85 and it took from the moment I arrived to my room until 4am it was soooo cold in the room. On top of that, I could not use the toilet in the bathroom because it would NOT flush. I had to turn the water off and wait awhile and turn it back on for enough pressure to build up so I could kind of flush. This was a horrific experience from other Hampton Inn's that I have stayed in. I was extremel disappointed

Positive: Great breakfast, nice pool, helpful staff and nice rooms. Negative: The Elevator seemed untrustworthy

It was basically the perfect stay. The room was spacious, the furniture was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hot tub was our favorite feature but our favorite part was the fact that we could bring our diabetic cat with us.
