Super 7 Motel

I stayed for a school event and planned to stay for the whole weekend. Mom woke up in the middle of the night and found a cockroach on her pillow. We immediately checked out and demanded a refund. We were told only the manager could handle those so I waited until Monday and called back. I was told the manager wouldnt be in for another week. I called back and was told they needed to confirm the bugs with their extermination company. I called back multiple times and nothing was said. Then called and now they always say the manager isn't in and I haven't heard anything back. I had the room in early November. Highly reccomend never staying here.

Realized immediately after booking that these are all smoking rooms and am traveling with someone with a medical condition that cannot be exposed to smoke. “Due to cancellation policy there is nothing we can do” even weeks ahead of time. Hopefully they found someone else to stay in our room and enjoyed double the profits for this archaic policy. Avoid this dump. Edit for clarification: as mentioned in the original post - my “request” for cancellation was done well beforehand, weeks prior to check in. The policies exist to scam consumers who don’t know better at the time of booking, it’s that simple.

I stayed night of May 9th while in town for a graduation. The first room I was checked into was dirty and the television was broken and I requested a room change. When I went into the second room, it was difficult to get front door to open. It was broken. I got inside after a few tries. When i went to brush my teeth, black water came from sink faucet, so i walked to gas station for bottled water, then I went went to sleep. In the morning I discovered the shower did not come on at all. I got dressed and went to front office planning on asking for a refund. The lady working there went to personally check out the room. She said the front door works sometimes, and the water in sink seemed clear. She acknowledged the shower did not function at all. I asked for my money back and she said "thats

Miss Tracy was very nice. She looked everywhere for the ring which we thought we had left in our room (we found it in the lining of our suitcase). The manager when we checked in was also very nice. Our room, despite there being some bugs, was quite comfortable. The housekeeper wasn't very friendly, but we'll give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a rough day. Thank you, Miss Tracy, for going above and beyond to help us find my ring. You are wonderful.
