It was extremely cold last night, and even though the lobby was closed after hours, Christen went above and beyond to assist me. She handled my check-in quickly and professionally, with courtesy and care. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Excellent service — thank you, Christen!

If I could give this hotel a 10 star I would, I was here with my husband from out of state, my husband had a big surgery and needed special Accommodations, I came here and spoke with the GM Chad and he was extremely understanding and helpful, Chad went over and beyond to help me make our stay comfortable, Chad and his staff was very helpful the whole three weeks of our stay. Chad and Gavin were very friendly & Kind all the staff were great, housekeeping is amazing and they do a wonderful job keeping the hotel clean smelling good.

Good Christen is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Really looks to help you with whatever you need. Whatever they're paying her isn't enough. Our room was clean and it was a great value for our extended stay. We'd definitely look to stay here again.

horrible experience!!! Room above us sounded like moving furniture at 2:00 am this went on for 2 hours, 5:00am dog barking. We got maybe 4 hrs of sleep which made the next day miserable!! FYI no one at front desk they close up and leave 6pm-10am. I have contacted corporate two times with absolutely zero response.

I do not recommend this property. I have stayed at extended-stay hotels for short stays before and had no issues, so I thought nothing of staying here. Unfortunately, as our stay progressed more concerns came to light. I believe the bulk of guests were construction workers and families of the extensive road project nearby, which contributed to cooking smells in the hall and frequent yelling from parents at loud children behind closed doors. The building's fire alarm went off at 12:30AM and while it was eventually turned off, our smoke detector continued flashing a green light for the remainder of the stay. There were no typical hotel amenities such as a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, extra pillows or towels, and no maid service. The cited “free toiletries” was simply a small bar of soap a
