Had a great experience. Staff was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I came up for surgery and had a great experience. My room was clean and breakfast was good. Will definitely be back.

The front desk lady, Kashandra was super nice. She went out of her way to make me and my family feel welcomed. I ha e never seen a front desk person so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soft. We will be back for sure!

Positive: Rooms were perfect size for what we needed Negative: Tried to check in 30 min early but staff said "I have no rooms clean" but magically 2 rooms (plus others waiting in the lobby) were all of a sudden clean at check in time?? I understand if its a policy, but there's no need to lie about it.

The hotel was overall dirtier than what we'd like. Wrappers and trash in the elevators, garbage bags piled on garbage bins, dirty hallway floors. We checked in around 5pm and left at 11am. And no one had cleaned or taken garbage out, etc. The smoke detector was gone in our room (I didnt notice it until the morning or I would have said something during our stay). At checkout, no one was working the desk area. There was just a tub with that said to leave room cards in the tub. This was odd to me, not the best hospitality and not a clean hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very courteous, the room, halls, elevator and lobby were clean and breakfast was stocked even knowing the hotel was very busy. Not only were there breakfast options at 9:30 on a Saturday, the eggs were real (cooked over hard). My favorite part, which probably sounds silly but is a problem in most hotels, was all the hooks and towel rods in the bathroom. Finally a hotel figured out that a single hook doesn’t get the job done!!! I would definitely book here again!
