Staybridge Suites Iowa City - Coralville by IHG

A fantastic location that's convenient to everything in the area. Its a pet friendly hotel too. The 4 ratings i am giving it are more like 4.5 as everything has been above average. The pool is nice. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The pull out sofa is about as comfortable as you would expect. The complimentary breakfast is adequate and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Appreciated the quick elevators compared to others we have had for dance competitions! Busy area so the gated parking for only $5 was great! They also allowed us to stay in the parking lot after checkout, until we were done at the competition. Both firm & soft pillows on thr bed were nice also. I didn't eat breakfast but was a really nice, clean, & organized area with many options.

Stellar stay! We came up for the Heartlanders game and loved that the arena was connected to the hotel. It is also conveniently located to other shops and restaurants (walkable). Staff is very welcoming. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean and quiet. We’ll be back!

Positive: A great hotel in the heart of River Landing. Breakfast was good with many offerings. Hotel is smaller with beautifully appointed and clean rooms. Negative: Nope

Took a trip to Iowa City for my dad’s medical procedure and stayed at the Staybridge Suites. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are large, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen—including a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. They even provide pots, pans, mixing bowls, cups, and plates, though oddly no silverware. The entire building smells fresh and pleasant, somewhere between perfume and a good cleaning product. Parking is private but not fenced, and the location is great—within walking distance of plenty of shopping and dining options. Amenities include a pool, fitness room, and a free guest laundry area, which is a big plus. Even though we were in town for an unfortunate reason, our stay was wonderful. Definitely recommend 👌
