Manager Frankie is the best. Very kind and always helpful. She’s a gem to this organization. Rachel is amazing and such a sweetheart. Always helpful when needed. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name at the desk at night but she’s great as well. For some reason this place has the best coffee in town lol (weird I know but true). Now the rooms. Clean, Everytime. The best are cheaply made but you get what you pay for. They are comfortable and clean which is what actually matters. Plenty of space for my Service dog to run and get her energy out. Highly recommend for a good night and safe rest. Update: the GM made a point to tell me my service dog doesn’t “look like one” and therefore threatened to charge me. It was a clean and looked remodeled and the front desk gal was very nice. The check in process and paperwork was a lot. Pages upon pages of rules to go over and sign but that wasn't of much concern.. it was after traveling all day I just wanted a hot shower and a comfy bed and the shower head had less pressure than the sink faucet. Half the water was coming out the faucet in the shower and to stay hot, it had to stay all the way turned to hot - which made pressure even worse. Then the bed... it was not comfy, on a cheap metal frame that squeaked loudly at every tiny movement. I was given two tiny pillows that barely equated to one pillow - in all choice hotels I've never had less than 4 square pillows as standard. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel and grounds were clean and quiet. We found it to be a great value. Frankie, the front desk clerk, was delightful and so helpful.

The manager (Frankie)at the hotel was amazing. I definitely will be staying next time I'm in town. Her customer service was 100%. Cash app held our payment in limbo and after talking with Frankie I feel she handled the misunderstanding perfectly explaining where the hold up was and it made perfect sense.

My family and I stayed here for almost 2yrs till we bought our house. When we 1st started staying there they had a bad roach problem but in came Janell (GM). She made some changes dealing with the trash closets in the hotel, closed them and made everyone responsible for taking their trash to the dumpster if you were an extended stay. A extermination company was brought in and they sprayed the whole building once a week until the problem was resolved with the roaches. I personally went through a few managers while there. They now have Frankie as the manager and she is the best. Rachel at the front desk during the day is friendly and easy to get along with too.
