Definitely Impressed with the hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted respectfully and even got help with my luggage and it was alot! Shout out to Shamika, Chris, and CeCe for going above and beyond for me since I have/ had mobility issues and if I needed anything carried they were right there to help! Much appreciated

So I am not going to go into ALL the details but the MAIN reason why I'm giving this place 4 stars is because of a specific young man by the name of CHRIS (I would give it 5 stars if I felt that same energy from the other employees but unfortunately NOPE....). Long story short, I stayed here 3 days and on my last night here,there was an EMERGENCY (a woman fell and broke her foot). I was the first one on the scene and instantly grabbed her dogs (two full grown pitbulls) from her (they were almost dragging this woman and I couldn't sit there and watch that so I did what I felt I should do) and went to go get some help. I called front desk and CHRIS did not hesitate to come and help me. On top of that, he is very respectful and accommodating. We stayed until the ambulance came and took her to

The room was dirty. The bathroom toilet still had urine in it along with other nasty stuff on the seat. The smell in the room was terrible. We didn't stay because it was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The website needs to be updated. There is no way this place was newly renovated. It was a dump.

If there was a rating lower than one star I would give them that. The room wasn’t clean, it had been smoked in, ashes in the bathtub, broken sink, stained, ripped furniture, broken lampshades, no clothes hangers, and suspicions stains on the filthy carpet. When we checked in they charged us for the whole stay (yes that should have been a red flag). We left after one night but even though I woke up the night clerk to check me out and handed over my card keys he didn’t check me out. I found out two days later. I asked to be refunded by the property manager and was sent to Choice Hotels. I called them and was sent back to the hotel.||What a real disappointment from a usually reliable hotel chain.

The staff is amazing! You will not fimd more positive and caring people. The rooms are bare bones. They are aged and don't seem well cared for. The pool doesn't seem to exist anymore. They provided a bar of soap but no shampoo. For the money spent, though, it was not bad. Many guests seem to be living here for longer than a few days.
