Such a clean room! The magnetic phone charging station on the night stand was AWESOME as there was no cord needed and I had left mine home. This is a very quiet hotel and the beds were so comfortable. They had a variety of pillows on the bed which made for a great sleep! Plenty of options for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

We arrived and the pool was closed for the weekend for maintenance. We had made reservations here to stay the weekend with some friends and the kids could swim. Upon arrival we asked the gentleman at the front desk if we could cancel, because of the pool being down, without being charged for a late cancelation. He told us that he would be able to accommodate that. However, we were still charged. It's been 6 weeks. I've made multiple phone calls and keep getting the same answer. The manager/ owner will call you back. I've yet to hear from them. The other couple that we were meeting up with had the same thing happen but we're able to get their charges reversed. Very disappointed.

Got a king size bed with hot tub but hot tub wasn't working & the girl at front desk was helpful but the manager wasn't. The manager was going to move us to another room like we have but it's being renovated or we could go to another hotel but we stayed cause we had everything already unpacked. Also the manager refused to give us a discount cause we booked through a 3rd party. The room also had no phone or clock.

So bad! I understand they are going thru renovations, we can handle some disarray. We are also night super picky but wow. We were sent to a room without any bedding or anything, it clearly wasn’t ready for us. When it was ready, there was still trash & crumbs on the counters and table (we upgraded our room) from the prior people. There weren’t any towels or cups. The toilet wouldn’t stop running so my husband worked on it. The air wasn’t cold, so my husband worked on it. Holes in the wall, paint splatters, broken mirror frame, big metal toilet paper dispenser just laying on the counter. The beds sagged SO bad and the pillows were paper thin. On the plus side the guy was very helpful with our issues. And they had a lot of plug ins. However the woman working there the next day would not mak

A very pleasant two-night stay. Quiet and secure. We didn’t make it down to the breakfast, it it looked fairly standard as other hotels. Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean, even smelled clean. The beds were comfy and pillows were great. Would stay here again.
