Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Falls

Stated here for 6 nights on an official tour. My room felt a bit small. Huge facility with conference room. Clean facility. Missed the breakfast buffet thou standard order options were fine. Breakfast service was a bit slow. No good restaurants around. May think of installing wind barriers at the outside smoking area.

Phenomenal, great staff, wonderful food, the room met my Hilton expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel even had plan in place for the extreme cold weather. I didn't personally see the event center but from the hallways it looked well kept.

So many issues. We chose this hotel based on Hilton standards and the pool/hot tub. We have 2 older children so we always book 2 rooms. Both of our rooms were cleaned well - which was the highlight. After checking in, I went to the hot tub - to realize that it was colder than the pool. I’m guessing it was around 84 degrees. I went to the front desk to ask if it was out of order, bc of the temperature and the clerk told me it measured 86 earlier but it’s not out of order bc the jets still work. She saw no issue with the temperature but did admit that it was 20 degrees lower than usual. She was about as unfriendly as you can imagine and this was the standard for both front of the house employees on first shift. Our bed was so squeaky that we woke every time either of us moved. I as

Positive: Room was very clean. Negative: Many things out of order that were unexpected.. hot tub, atm, coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced at $15.00/person for a basic breakfast.

Very clean, well maintained. The resteraunt is reasonably priced with generous portions. The servers were fast and very kind. The pool area and gym were both spotless. They are dog friendly.
