Comfort Suites Cedar Falls Industrial Park

This is an order hotel. We had a pre-Thanksgiving family reunion there. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The facilities were just right. This was a good place that had an indoor pool the kids could use. We were well satisfied-all 35 of us!

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was extremely helpful, personable and kind. The room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. However, the scrambled eggs appeared to be made from powdered eggs, and I would have like to have had oatmeal packets included as one of the options.

It would have been higher if it wasn't for the fact that my neighbors entered my room through a faulty dividing door (there was only one screw in the deadbolt). It was locked from my side, I checked it. I got greeted by a small child while walking to the bathroom. I mentioned it when I checked out, and was told maintenance would be informed.

Excellent staff and room was nice - suite is large. Also, I typically avoid the hot tubs - this one was VERY clean. Great stay. Thanks!

This hotel's pool is awesome for kiddos, zero depth entry pool and a water feature for small kiddos and a hot tub for adults! The breakfast was great and with the pull out couch we fit all four kiddos comfortably, or as comfortably as hotels can be with 6 humans in one room! The coffee is great for a hotel too!
