Studio 6 Wilmington, NC

I was on the second floor Room 225. The location was great because it was really close to a lot of nearby restaurants and stores. The price is suitable, especially for downtown Wilmington and surrounding motels. I really enjoyed that there was a mini kitchen in each of the rooms with a flat top stove as well. The refrigerator and microwave was big and nice, but I didn't get a chance to use them so I don't k ow if it works. I had a king sized bed, it was somewhere comfortable, and I liked the fact it wasn't sitting on one of them box foundations and you can actually see and place extra luggage(if you have any) under the bed. Bathroom was very clean, but the shower head could have been scrubbed better as it had some hard water stains on it. The tv didn't turn on bc the batteries were dead. I

Positive: The price and location. Negative: The hotel bedding was very thin (needs a comforter not another sheet), the pillows were a bit flat and there are no closets/dressers to put our clothes.

I booked this room for one night. I saw that the hotel supposedly had been newly renovated. Well to make a long story short. Nothing about this dump was good. The room was filthy. Construction debris on top of the fridge. Broken handle on one of the drawers. Mold and scum in the bathroom. Dirt all along the corners of the floor. Stains everywhere. The linen on the bed had burn wholes. The sheets and towels did not appear to be clean. We checked in at 8:30 pm. I had to check-in using a side window. I did not feel safe at all. I was given the keys, a parking pass and wifi code. The wifi code didn't work. The room was sub-par at best. Don't waste you time money on this dump! Nothing has been renovated!!! I am staying at this location for over a week waiting to move in my new apartment. This hotel is very clean, the room I stayed in was a double bed with a very nice kitchenette walk in shower all remodeled the prices are good, location is close to everything . They take pets at a very low pet fee. The owner Is Super nice and is very caring .He definitely takes care of this property .I have no issues, no trouble around that hotel he keeps it very safe. I am very happy and highly suggest if you need a hotel to stay you would be happy there.

Terrible.. ALL REVIEWS THAT ARE POSITIVE ARE LIES. Staff are rude, room smells like mold, and BLOOD ON THE PILLOW?! Don’t come here! The price is low, but the quality is bad! Druggies seem to be everywhere, people kicked our door and the staff didn't do anything and brushed it off.
