Positive: I liked the wi-fi, the bed, the refrigerator and microwave. Negative: They didn?t provide coffee to the guests in the morning like a lot of other hotels do. The room also, didn?t have hot water in the shower.

Great experience! The costumer service is great, they really handle customers with care and importance!! I felt really welcomed and appreciated as a guest here. They pay attention to guest needs and are very kind and hard workers! The rooms were very clean and comfortable

This was my first experience in quite some time with a Super 8 and I can honestly say it will be my last. Some of the pictures on the internet were very appealing and there was a great review on one site; however, reality was something totally different! This hotel was dirty inside and out. Our room (248) had not had a good cleaning in quite some time. The air conditioner did NOT work and the mattresses were worn out. We were traveling with a baby and were assured on the telephone, upon making reservations, we would have a refrigerator and microwave. Upon checking in and calling the office to inquire about the fact that we did not have them I was told (by Veronica in a very uncaring manner) they would have to find some and that it would be the next day. I'm checking in at 1/10 9:22pm at night after a long drive just want to rest I have my son go to check in the man at the front desk is extremely rude and beyond very nasty says we don't have a reservation when I know I booked one says it real nasty and mean so I go to find the reservation in my phone and show it to him he so mean and very rude checking us in he puts us on the first floor I ask for the third floor and he say no so what you goanna do you can leave or take it. I never experienced this level of rude and mean service in my life. If you want to be treated bad with a low quality room with roaches and bed bugs come stay here I glad I only booked for 1 night

My family was staying at this motel 6 and it was horrible. The service was terrible and the staff didn't even bother assisting our time here. They make up rules as they go. Even though I picked up the my dog poop I was still kicked out of the motel, now I have to find somewhere else to stay!!!!! Thanks a bunch 🤡😹 Edit: There were multiple roaches crawling in our room. This place is clearly not up to date with the pest control
