Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Norcross/Peachtree Corners

My stay had a few challenges that impacted the overall experience. At check-in, my room key didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk for a replacement. That evening, I discovered there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk and was informed the hotel was experiencing a hot water issue. I was moved to another room, but initially that room also had no hot water. After about 15 minutes, the issue was temporarily resolved. The next morning, I had breakfast at the bistro. It was decent, though a bit pricey. I mentioned the hot water situation again and was told it should be resolved. Very helpful front desk. Allowing an early check in and the parking being free is a big plus! Great spot for driving and exploring the Doraville area, which is where our event was. Additionally, there’s a Target and other stores across the road, so great placement for late night snack runs.

I came here for my birthday weekend. The hotel is nice and the room was clean. However I’m very disappointed in the quality of service and miscommunication amongst the staff. Breakfast and the evening/lunch was closed for one of our nights of stay. I stayed 3 nights. Me and my fiancé was told by a staff member that the lunch and dinner was going to be open. When we returned we were told it was closed. This is very disheartening for someone who’s coming for a birthday trip. Especially because there was a 150 deposit required for our room. Making the total 360.00 I’m very disappointed with that. I feel like accommodations should be made to guests if establishments within aren’t going to be ran properly due to short staff. Stayed here on Friday and had a great experience. Big thanks to David for the early check-in and a warm welcome. There was a small issue with the hot water in the morning, which I hope will be fixed, but everything else — including the personal gift bag — was lovely. Overall, a very nice stay.
