I recently stayed here for a vacation and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. From check-in to check-out, the team was professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms and common areas were well-kept, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The pricing was very affordable, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service provided, which made the stay an excellent value. Breakfast was decent and offered enough options to start the day, though there is some room for improvement in variety. We did not get cleaning service and were told it was “every other day.” Trash in hallway was overflowing. Guests left wet towels in hall, and I don’t blame them, and nobody came to pick them up. The coffee on my second morning during their busy breakfast was super watery and not right so I politely told the manager but of course, nothing was done. When I opened the pull out couch there were chunks of debris. They used what looked like a bed skirt over our sheet under the comforter. // I stayed here in 2018 and it was great. Seems to have fallen off a cliff. I don’t know what they are doing with management. Too bad because I like the room layout, location and mattress. I won’t be back. Not cheap either.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay in Hilton properties all over the country.|There are several reasons for this negative review.|1. After checking in for my stay, my plans changed and I needed to add a second night. I went to the front desk and extended my stay. I come to find out that my rate increased by $92. The front desk clerk never told me that my rate was going to increase. Also, there appeared not to be an increase in occupancy from night 1. Clearly they took advantage of me extending my stay.|2. The gym did not have any sanitary wipes to clean the equipment, which tells me I was using dirty equipment. Not Acceptable. |3. Positive: Location Negative: The breakfast wasn't good. It was just ok. Not much of a variety and the food was cold

This is a nice safe location with a pool, breakfast 6 am to 8 am, a business center, fitness center and a outdoor fireplace. The rooms were nice and had plenty of space for two people. The kitchen in the room is nice with dishes, a dishwasher, and a medium size fridge. It also had a coffee maker, paper towels and a microwave. The staff was pleasant. The thermostat was not connected to the PTAC per Hilton standards. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
