InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Willow Trail

I was a previous guest at this location (1990 Willow Trail) in April. At that time, despite several issues, I stayed for one week and managed because some basic amenities were functioning properly. During my April stay, I witnessed a serious situation involving a customer and the leasing manager that escalated into yelling and required police involvement, related to unresolved water issues in that guest’s unit. Additionally, staff accidentally opened the door to my room while I was asleep. Even with these concerns, essential things like the toilet and stovetop worked better than they do now, which made the stay bearable. Upon moving to Georgia, we needed a temporary place to stay until we found an apartment. We went to 3 different InTown Suites but we were turned away due to them being booked. The sad part was that on the website it confirmed availability and it allowed me to hold a room just to get to each location and find out otherwise. After being turned away for the second time, I called the Intown Suites number that appeared to be a local number directly to the hotel. I explained to the representative what had happened at the last two InTown Suites that I had gone too. She said that she showed availability for a third location. I expressed to her that we had just made an 800 mile trip and I did not want to keep running around town. She offered to call the location. She came back on the line and claim

The management is awesome. Been here almost 3 yrs. No bad vibes. Not like other extended stays. Great work crew on staff.

This location is right off the expressway which was very important to me. The staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean. The manager Rae is very attentive and the check-in process was seamless. The lady at night is very helpful and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I have to say this is one of the best extended stay I have ever stayed in. Room is super comfy I felt like home and kitchen and fridge to cook in. Check in process and cleanliness of the room is amazing I love this place and staff is amazing I recommend coming to stay here
