Hampton Inn Norcross

Hotel was was nice. Check in was smooth and easy. They have a digital check-in and a digital key for your room, which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable clean. Breakfast was great family friendly hotel has a pool, but it was closed when we went would definitely go back no parking fees, which was great because a lot of hotels in Atlanta has parking fees which I never heard of coming from Kentucky. Very busy area but it was all good. Restaurants near by. Not that far from Georgia Aquarium.

The staff here was horrendous, except for one younger girl who initially checked me in. Then, I never saw her again. Ulysses, on nights, was especially ignorant. I noticed he would put sold out signs on the door and then remove them every morning, presumably so he would not have to come out of the back office where he spent most of his time watching tv. The housekeeping was terrible also. In my 12 night stay, my room was only cleaned twice. It’s supposed to be every other day. That left me with no clean towels or rags. When I went to ask for more, the front desk was not happy about having to grab me more. The bathroom had water damage on the drywall from the shower and I’m sure there was mold. Positive: Big room Negative: Location is scary

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Norcross for a 3-night family trip during Thanksgiving. On the first night, everything seemed great — the room condition was good, and the bed was firm and comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. However, the second night completely changed our experience. After returning from Black Friday shopping, my children lay on the bed and said something had bitten them. When we checked, we found small ants on the bed and around the nightstand. We kept finding more coming out, and ended up killing about ten of them. At that point, we felt it was impossible to sleep in that room. I called the front desk and requested a room change. They said no similar room was available, so they moved us from the 5th floor to a smaller room on the 1st floor. Although the room qual

10/13/25: By far, Hampton Inn in Norcross is my favorite hotel to stay when making a foodie roadtrip to eat out in Duluth, Georgia. I recommend this hotel to my fellow Asian foodies especially those who have young children. Highlights: 1. Clean bedrooms 2. Nice big heated indoor pool 3. Game room with soccer table, hockey table, and more 4. Fitness center (only 1 of 3 treadmills are working so I can only give this place 4 stars). I like how there are windows around the room to look out. 5. Conveniently located within ten minutes from Duluth Asian eat out areas and Peachtree Corner Park 6. Located literally right next to Global Mall and Pappaseaux Seafood Kitchen within walking distance Con: If you have a weak back and need a firm mattress, this is not the hotel you want to stay then. I
