Holiday Inn Express Peachtree Corners-Norcross by IHG

Positive: It was clean Negative: Staff that was there when I checked in was nice and did her best for me, the next lady the day after was nice. When I checked out the male wasn't nice I checked out at 3 in the morning and he acted like I was bothering him.

A group of 13 of us stayed there while we went to the Samaritan's Purse processing center for shoe boxes. We weren't able to get checked in until 8:30 pm. The desk manager was very pleasant. She made the check-in Effortless. Breakfast was good- hot and a good variety. The only complaint that we ALL had was how cold all the rooms were when we got to them. It took quite a while for them to get warmed up. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well supplied. I would definitely stay there again

I needed a place to stay for business for 2 weeks, and I am so happy I chose to stay at Holiday Inn Express @ Peachtree Corners-Cross. I only had to drive 5 minutes to my daily destination. The customer service by Zoey and Sylvia was excellent, very friendly and attentive of all my needs. The recommendations of places to eat close by were excellent. Jessica fixed a well-balanced breakfast and delicious, she made sure the breakfast was always well stocked. Hector was friendly and attentive. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the pillows, which are a big thing for me were fantastic. They offered me daily room service at no extra cost, which it was nice since I ate in the room every day and I didn't want the room to smell like old food. We were in town for a pickleball tournament, and this hotel was a 5 min drive to the club. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Appears to be recently renovated. The breakfast was good, eggs, meat, bread and muffin assortment, fruit, yogurt, and waffle maker. Dining area was clean and spacious; coffee was very good. Our room was very quiet, no traffic noise. I would recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.

This is an amazing hotel , the rooms were great and clean too satisfaction , They made us feel welcomed , Gerald was very sweet and helpful during our stay , whenever I’m back in town I will definitely book here again
