Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Norcross/Peachtree Corners

Love this hotel so much! Needed them in a pinch for a local stay and they were more than accommodating. Check in process was smooth and room was upgraded for my loyalty reward with no issue. Room was huge and super clean. The renovations on this property are second to none. My daughter went for a swim and enjoyed the lovely pool area. Will stay here whenever I need a local room. Management is very attentive and reachable for any questions or concerns.

Positive: Hotel was clean, quiet, staff was supportive and responsive. Appreciate Hotel Employee for all her work at breakfast! Negative: Room lighting was a bit dim, and no way to increase brightness.

Motel 6 quality with a Marriott name attached to it. Uncomfortable beds, unclean rooms, sketchy location, entire hotel smells like urine, poor front desk staff. Reserved and paid for a King suite, but was given a queen sized bed. Asked the front desk about this/what upgrades they had available since I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member, and was told there were no other room options available. Have never stayed in a Marriott hotel this bad - in fact, after entering the room and seeing that the bedsheets were dirty/not even made up from prior guest, I immediately left the property and found another local hotel instead. Couldn’t even stay at this property it was that disgusting. Do not recommend. For the price you’d pay here, you can stay in a nicer hotel nearby. Or if you prefer Motel 6/Red

I was highly disappointed with the level or lack of service received from the general manager of this location. I was awaken in the middle of the night by text alerts from one of my banks that authorization attempts were being made on one of my bank cards from this hotel when it wasn't even the card that is on file with my Bonvoy account or the account I used for my incidentals. I asked the night manager how this could happen; he had no answers for me. I filed a police report and had to block my card associated with that account which left me with no access to my funds from that account for the remainder of my trip to Georgia. I asked him to call the hotel manager, but she neither apologized nor followed up with me after the incident. Management did not offer me any points or other fo

Trust me on this one- don’t stay here. I booked this hotel last minute through Expedia for a solo business trip and upon arrival I knew I made a big mistake. The building they put me in had a busted lock, and people were coming and going with no key. There were people sleeping in the parking lot, meandering up and down hallways- it was so sketchy. I got to my room, looked around at a filthy mess and stained floors and said NOPE. I heard about 10 men staying in a room next door yelling and running around. Grabbed my bags and ran to my car and I left. Called the hotel to say I was leaving and no one answered. Expedia told me the hotel would not reimburse me for my stay even though I did not spend the night. Sometimes your gut tells you to get out of what will likely become a bad scene, I wen
