Jones RV Park

Let's start with the good- It's near Atlanta right off the highway. And now the not so good- The road noise from the highway is constant. When you book a reservation there is a service fee AND a processing fee adding $7 to the rates. If you want to secure the spot you just paid the extra fees to book, there is a "spot lock" fee of another $25 on top of that. People drive 30+ mph in the park thumping loud music in the middle of the night. It's PACKED like sardines in a can, a few hundred lots of mobile homes and permanent residents. It's like its own little town. Cameras all over the place, does not feel safe. Sites are small and moslty alternate direction so you face your neighbor, not much privacy. It's FULL of stray cats!!! They were everywhere and fighting outside all night. Some nice

The bathhouses, although equipped with an entry code system, were locked from 8 pm to 8 am. We arrived late and left early, so we had no access to toilets or showers. We found this inconvenient for an RV park.

People complain about the cats, but they don’t realize they’re actually a blessing in disguise cause they keep the rats at bay. For those that are long-term permanent residence like my wife son and I honestly the communities quite quaint and people are kind and friendly. And management here is awesome! Toby and Brittney are great property managers in very kind of people!

Very safe, friendly, very clean. The owner is extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend. Stayed because my mom was in piedmont atlanta and it was close and a long term option. Stay was perfect didn’t add any unnecessary stress on top of what I was already dealing with!

This park was great quiet and very inexpensive all of the staff were friendly. Grounds kept clean
